We are looking for a EMEA Wholesale Analyst Intern to join our team in Milano.
How you will contribute
·
Provide day-to-day back-office support in coordination with the Area Manager
·
Assist wholesale clients with daily operations: deliveries, swaps, reorders, returns, repairs, etc., in collaboration with the Area Manager and Client Services
·
Perform analysis and data extraction on allocated/shipped progress during the season
·
Collect sell-through (ST) data for events, including related documentation
·
Monthly support in managing analytical data (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) for SIS/Franchisee clients
·
E-commerce EMEA: manage assets and follow up with clients.
Weekly website checks to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, proper alignment with competitors, and brand image consistency

Support the Area Manager during business trips by preparing materials and following up with clients
·
Assist the Area Manager in organizing and managing training sessions for the Wholesale channel
Sales Campaign
·
Support in managing and organizing appointments
·
Assist in preparing necessary materials for the sales campaign (budget sheets, ST data, merchandising reports)
·
Manage client interactions during the sales campaign in coordination with the Area Manager
·
Enter and modify orders, and follow up with clients
·
Check orders entered in the system and follow up with Client Services for PO submission
Who you are
·
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
·
Good command of English (a second language is a plus)
·
Previous internship experience in Back Office or similar role within a Wholesale team
·
Passion for the fashion industry
·
Excellent interpersonal skills
·
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
·
Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment
·
High professional ethics, energy, and attention to detail
·
Team player
