We are currently seeking an EMEA Client Development Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:

Support the planning and execution of client events and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.

Maintain and update the events database, including suppliers, catering services, and new venue options.
·
Monitor and manage updates to the annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
·
Coordinate with store teams across the region to conduct market research and analysis, identifying best practices and new client opportunities.
·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including PR, events, marketing, visual merchandising, product merchandising, and local/global client development teams—to enhance client experiences.

Gather qualitative feedback from retail teams to refine and optimize the client journey.
·
Provide administrative support to the Client Development team, aiding in seamless day-to-day operations.
·
Assist with outreach to vendors to collect relevant information and facilitate partnerships.
·
Contribute to cost reporting and budget tracking for events and initiatives.
·
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative client engagement strategies.
·
Prepare compelling presentations and reports for client meetings, reviews, and event summaries.
·
Support the creation of creative briefs, presentations, and post-event reports in PowerPoint format.
Who You Are
·
A passion for fashion and a client-centric mindset, with an interest in retail and omnichannel customer experiences.
·
Eligible for a 6 months curricular internship ( Currently enrolled in a BSc/MSc in a relevant discipline ).
·
Meticulous attention to detail paired with effective communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships.
·
A flexible and adaptable approach, thriving both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
·
Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
·
Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
·
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
