Job Description

We are currently seeking an Ecommerce Business Analyst as part of our dynamic Global Ecommerce team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

·  Ecommerce Business Performance
·  Monitor web analytics and KPIs related to the ecommerce channel to track performance versus business target, previous performances (LY).
·  Manage the budget/forecast activities performing accurate estimations by regions in collaboration with E-comm Merchandising Department
·  Support Ecommerce Team in the development of dashboards to be used autonomously (covering reports on sales/products/markets/omnichannel services)
·  Consolidate findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations
·  Point of reference for Kering BI and Analytics teams
·  Support on UX analysis and trends investigations

·  Client Insights and Trends
·  Perform ad-hoc analysis on consumer behavior and generate insights on new opportunity and trends with an omni-channel vision
·  Design and build new Client dashboards to be used by local CRM Teams

Who you are:

·  At least 3 years of relevant experience
·  University Degree in Business, Management, Finance or other relevant quantitative degree
·  Excellent analytical skills and accuracy, extremely detailed-oriented
·  Hands on experience with ecommerce and digital marketing analytics platforms especially Google Analytics, Google 360
·  Hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI 
·  Good comprehension of Digital Business logic and ability to perform complex analysis
·  Strong reliability and flexibility
·  Fluent in English
·  Exceptional commitment to teamwork, ability to handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines
·  Passionate about fashion&luxury
·  Focus on customer-centricity
