We are currently seeking a Digital PM intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute
· Support on management of Image projects, with a focus on digital
· Liaising with internal teams (such as Media, Art Directors, Merchandising, E-commerce, CRM) to ensure smooth communication and constant alignment
· Coordinating external suppliers involved in the projects (production companies, creative agencies, etc)
· Supporting on timeline creation and keeping track of schedules
· Keeping track of estimates and invoices, flagging if anything is not present in the approved budget
· Checking briefs as received from Marketing team, to ensure all inputs are collected
· Managing assets, creating dedicated folders on server
· Preparing meeting reports and project recaps
Who you are
· Successful studies in Business Management, Communication, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies
· Proactive attitude and great team spirit
· Good understanding of the processes of content creation and postproduction
· Attention to details, without losing overview of the bigger picture
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· Interested in the fashion ecosystem, as well as related fields (Design, Arts, etc)
· Fluent in English
