Job Description

We are currently seeking a Digital Business Analyst as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

·  Ecommerce Business Performance
·  Monitor web analytics and KPIs related to the ecommerce channel to track performance versus business target
·  Manage the budget/forecast activities performing accurate estimations by regions in collaboration with E-comm Merchandising Department
·  Support Ecommerce Team in the development of dashboards to be used autonomously (covering reports on products/markets/omnichannel services)

·  Client Insights and Trends
·  Perform ad-hoc analysis on consumer behavior and generate insights on new opportunity and trends with an omni-channel vision
·  Design and build new Client dashboards to be used by local CRM Teams
·  Consolidate findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations

·  Digital Campaigns
·  Define analysis framework and KPIs to assess the performance of CRM plans and campaigns, taking into account all relevant channels (emails/SMS/MMS, etc.)
·  Assess engagement of the clients on digital campaigns and provide recommendation on improvements to implement

Who you are:

·  At least 3 years of relevant experience
·  Fluent in English
·  University Degree in Business, Management, Finance or other relevant quantitative degree
·  Excellent analytical skills and accuracy, extremely detailed-oriented
·  Advanced use of Google 360, Google Analytics and Data studio
·  Advanced Excel and Power Point skills; Tableau and other Data Analytics tools are a plus
·  Good comprehension of Digital Business logic and ability to perform complex analysis
·  Strong reliability and flexibility
·  Exceptional commitment to teamwork, ability to handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines
·  Passionate about fashion&luxury
·  Focus on customer-centricity
