We are currently seeking a motivated Design Studio Coordination Intern to join our dynamic design team.
As an intern you will play a crucial role in supporting the operation of our design studio by assisting the two Studio Coordinators with various administrative and coordination tasks.

We will make sure you gain hands-on experience in the world of design while working closely with talented professionals.
How you will contribute
· Assist the Studio Coordinators in scheduling design meetings, coordinating appointments and managing the studio calendar.
· Support the planning and execution of design-related events (collection fittings, show preparation, lookbook shootings, etc…)
· Perform general administrative duties such as assisting in travel arrangements, expenses tracking, time management, office stationery orders, catering booking, and other administrative activities
Who you are
· Student/Graduate with a BA/MA in Product Management, Fashion Communication. Fashion Design or Other disciplines connected to Design and Project Management.
· Strong Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges.
· Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
· Teamwork and good relational skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Excel & Power Point).
· Fluent in Italian and English.
It is a 6-month-internship starting ASAP
