We are currently seeking a CRM Intern who will report to the CRM Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York.
Role Mission
This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career.
How you will contribute:
· Support Client Engagement with CRM Data, Tools, and Insights
· Support Client Engagement with Direct Marketing and Clienteling
· Assist with reporting and insights
· Assist with data quality management activities
· Assist with email marketing validations and requests
· Assist with clienteling campaigns, pulling client lists and asset requests
· Assist with troubleshooting for Luce application
· Ad-hoc seasonal projects + support on in-store activations as needed
Who you are:
· Detail-oriented and task-driven
· Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Basic SQL skills or interest a plus
· Positive and proactive attitude
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Superb analytical and communication skills
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Able to work in our NYC corporate office
· Able to receive academic credit
· Available 24 hours a week
· Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
Salary- New York
· Salary of $16.00/hr
