We are currently seeking a PR & Communication Manager in a fixed term, for our office in Paris, as part of the EMEA Communications and Marketing team.
How you will contribute?
You will be able to contribute in the PR & Communication strategy of the assigned countries (France and Monaco) by :

Ensuring global PR strategy is developed and executed effectively across the assigned countries, maximising opportunities with global resonance whilst also increasing visibility locally. Creating tailored PR strategies for local moments.

Management and execution of store openings, brand events, marketing activities at local and regional level where applicable.
·
Increasing PR synergies, identifying opportunities which can be implemented across several countries.
·
Managing media strategy across the countries in hand with local PR ensuring an effective mix of OOH, print, digital and social media. Amplify key brand and commercial moments with a native content strategy.
·
Overseeing the region’s talent & community strategy, amplify local voices at global level and generating social media conversation.
·
Implementing an effective and streamlined sample trafficking across the assigned countries generating increased print EMV on DMR.
·
Overseeing the countries’ cover stories strategy increasing ROI and social media conversation.
·
Managing DMR and social media reporting.
·
Managing PR budgets for the assigned countries.
·
Contribute to streamlining, creating, and establishing PR processes & guidelines aligned at regional level.
·
Managing internal communications for all PR lead projects and results.
·
Ensuring partners calendars are in line with PR strategy and timeline.
·
Acting as a brand ambassador, engaging with key external PR stakeholders across the assigned countries.
Who you are
·
Previous experience in a fashion PR agency or in-house press office, with strong experience with French and Continental Europe press.
·
Be passionate about communications and fashion with a knowledge and understanding of the industry.
·
Experience working with a team.
·
Excellent organisation and time management skills with a result driven mentality.
·
Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, busy and fast-paced environment.
·
Strong experience in Launchmetrics.
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
·
Strong attention to details and ability to complete tasks accurately.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
·
Fluent in French and English, Italian is a plus
