BOTTEGA VENETA KOREA ARCHITECTURE TEAM: Architecture Specialist
Responsibilities
· Drawing and Layout Support
· Drafting and revising drawings using AutoCAD and other related software
· Organizing and supporting interior material and fixture specifications
· Project Schedule and Budget Assistance
· Preparing schedules and tracking progress using tools such as Microsoft Project
· Collecting quotations, preparing tender packages, and organizing cost-related data
· Communication with Vendors and Site Management
· Coordinating schedules and quality with external partners such as contractors and design firms
· Conducting regular site visits to identify issues and preparing documents such as RFIs and revision requests
· Reporting and Documentation
· Drafting and organizing weekly/monthly project reports
· Preparing internal and external approval materials including presentations, CAD drawings, and finish samples
· English Communication & Global Collaboration Support
· Assisting with English email communication, simple reports, and presentation materials for HQ and global partners
· Participating in regular video conferences and summarizing key points for internal sharing
· Supporting coordination and approval processes with global design and architecture teams
· Managing basic communication with overseas suppliers (fixtures/materials) for tasks such as spec confirmation and delivery scheduling
· Comfortable with English-based communication and capable of accurate documentation and clear messaging
Qualifications
· Education
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
· Experience
· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in retail design and interior projects
· Understanding of construction and general project workflow
· Technical Skills
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) is required
· Experience with 3D and graphic tools is a plus
· Communication and Collaboration
· Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with HQ and external partners (design firms, contractors, etc.)
· Comfortable participating in meetings and communicating via email in English
· Understanding of schedule, budget, and material management from a numbers-based perspective
