Job description

The purpose of the Retail Training Manager role is to define the priorities and training strategy for the Retail function within the EMEA region, in alignment with Business, Retail, Operations, and HR partners. The manager ensures the proper deployment of centrally developed training content and evaluates its impact on regional performance.

Main Responsibilities:

· 
Identify and assess overall and individual retail training needs through career development plans and store performance.

· 
Define and implement the regional training strategy

· 
Adapt centrally developed training materials to the regional context

· 
Deploy training content and ensure proper rollout, understanding, and assimilation by teams on topics such as onboarding, new hires, store openings, client experience, management, performance, and operations.

· 
Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training programs.

· 
Lead and manage a team of regional trainers and in-store training ambassadors

Key Knowledge & Competencies:

· 
Understanding of luxury retail, KPIs, and client experience

· 
Strong facilitation and presentation skills

· 
Team management abilities

· 
Comfortable with digital tools

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· 
Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages appreciated
