Your opportunity You will join the Learning & Talent HR Team and support in the development and roll-out of global learning and talent initiatives.

How you will contribute

·  Support the team in the coordination and administration of learning programs, including workshops, virtual sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
·  Help in managing learning platforms and tools, ensuring accurate data, smooth user experience, and timely reporting.
·  Support the team in talent processes such as new hires onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and other development processes.
·  Provide general project and operational support to ensure learning and talent initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.
·  Support with the production of analyses, reports, and summary documents.
·  Collaborate with colleagues across regions and cultures, gaining exposure to global ways of working.

Who you are

·  Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology or related disciplines and/or master’s degree in HR.
·  Passion about people management and people development.
·  English and Italian fluent speaker.
·  With expertise in Excel and Power Point.
·  A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship.
·  Analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail.
·  Problem-solving skills.
