- Marketing Specialist / Project management
Role purpose
Assist in passenger information and continuous improvement processes in the course of project management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in optimizing measures in line with the Keolis-wide approach „Think like a passenger“
Contribute to the setup of an Intranet
Contribute to passenger information: Travel the routes, document the current state and identify improvements measures
Assist in preparation of the timetable for the year
Maintain the company website
Provide project assistance regarding social media and digitalization
Assist in the implementation of the initial campaign for the launch of the S-Bahn Rhein-Ruhr network
Required Skills/Qualifications
Degree in economics with a specialization in marketing / communications or project management or a similar background
Experience in contributing to projects
Excellent command of the German language, knowledge of the English language is a plus
Proficient in all MS Office applications, including MS Project
First experience with Typo3 (CMS) and Adobe Creative Suite
High level of confidentiality, loyalty and an independent, structured work style
Distinct communicative skills
Team player
Willingness to travel on the route networ
