You will work independently under the general supervision of the Process Leader and perform most of the functions related to the operations of the Distribution department. You will participate in receiving, shipping, picking and storage activities. All activities will be performed in compliance with company safety and hygiene requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities:
•Material receipt including label generation and documentation review
•Material Sampling process, PKG components as per SOP requirements
•Material Sampling process, RAW / BWIP as per SOP requirements (includes PPE, documentation review, working knowledge of Smart Lab, and other)
•Understands and adheres to the daily and weekly production schedules for both internal and external requirements.
•Locates material including receipt, returns and other
•Deep understanding of the destruction process including both in-process and incoming materials as per SOP's
•GMF process
•Packaging supply of components including documentation and SAP transactions
•Processing supply of chemical raw materials including documentation and SAP transactions
•DC supply of finished goods
•Creation of Bills of Lading
•Eshop / Office Services support
•Codeine receipt and documentation requirements
•Codeine export shipment process and documentation requirements
•General understanding of Export process
•MM / SAP updates
•Strong working knowledge of SAP and other related transactions
•MIGO transactions and transfer order process
•Performs any other duties as requested by the Distribution Process Leader
Desired profile
Qualifications
•Minimum high school diploma required
•GMP knowledge considered an asset
•Forklift license for narrow aisle high reach and counter balance dock truck preferred
•Interpersonal communication skills
•Full knowledge of raw material and bulk sampling process
•SAP Basic Training, MM training, PP training, SD training and WM Certification
•Good general knowledge of MS Excel, Word, file and document management in a Windows environment
•Regularly required to lift up to 50 lbs. or roll containers weighing up to 300 lbs
•Use of respirator and all protective clothing, apparatus for chemical sampling
•Annual lung function testing required
