[Internship Introduction]
Johnson & Johnson Vision Marketing Internship is a 6 months term program, providing an opportunity for future marketers to understand and experience J&J corporate ways of working and culture abiding in J&J Credo. Moreover, provides wide and in-depth experience of marketing ‘ACUVUE®', the No.1 contact lens brand in Korea. We welcome the participation of young & passionate individuals to help the brand become even more relevant to consumers and driving stronger leadership. We are also committed to support young talents, helping the individual to grow and provide clear outputs from the 6 months.

[Key Responsibilities]
- In charge of ensuring consumer target & market relevance : Unearth hidden insights, collect consumer feedback on marketing materials and study relevant macro trends/benchmarks. Includes field market research amongst optical stores (안경원) and other on-line & off-line channels beyond contact lens category.
- Support on delivering excellence in marketing executions : Participate in brainstorming activation ideas, provide feedback to executions delivered by agency based on consumer/market understanding and suggest improvements & learnings based on consumer response.
- Assist on business compliance & operations : Support on getting internal & external approval of marketing materials to be compliant of J&J company guidelines as well as legal/regulatory rules. Help on timely deliverables of company payment, logistics and other operations (e.g. meeting/workshop organization).

- Interested in changing consumer behaviors via creative solutions
- Passion to learn & grow as professional marketer, determined to get most out of the internship program
- Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility
- Good to have leadership experience in school or other extra curriculum activities, participation in marketing/communication activities.
2. Skill sets
- Comfortable in English communication
- Proficient in PC skill (MS Office, Powerpoint)
