Role: Senior Warehouse Partner
Hours: Full time opportunity available, 37.5 hours per week. From 06:00am to 14:00pm, including weekend working.
Pay: £14.18
Duties and Responsibilities:
Due to the requirements of the role, all applicants are required to be over 18.

In addition to the main Warehouse Partner Job Description, Senior Warehouse Partners will also be responsible for performing the roles and responsibilities as detailed below.
Job Requirements:

Able to motivate Partners to deliver day to day standards.

Able to identify issues and provide solutions.
·
Is confident with managing under pressure and in challenging circumstances.
·
Creates solutions, makes recommendations and gets buy-in to deliver those.
·
Sees things through the eyes of the customer.
·
Is observant with an attention to detail.
·
Uses initiative.
·
Builds rapport with Partners, customers and visitors.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications:
·
Experience in working in a Warehouse environment.
·
Mechanical Handling equipment experience.

Our Senior Warehouse Partners support the on shift Warehouse First Line and Shift Managers in the delivery of the service level agreements to the agreed standards, ensuring the best possible service is provided to our customers, with the aim of exceeding customer expectations.
