At a glance

Working pattern/flexible working - e.g. This is a hybrid working role and you will be expected to work at the London Pimlico / Bracknell office on average 1-2 days a month.

About the role

 As a member of the Technology and Change Performance Hub team you will be responsible for delivering services that are critical to the efficient running of the whole Technology and Change function within the Partnership alongside providing assurance measures for Financial Services. You will need to be flexible with a problem solving mindset and willing to support in all aspects of ensuring the hub is operating effectively.

· 
You will support Technology and Change teams to manage risk and define appropriate mitigation plans / controls 

· 
Manage the Technology and Change controls framework, monthly control self-assessments and provide second line assurance to controls 

· 
Work with Internal Audit action owners across Technology and Change to develop and track mitigation plans

· 
Support with External Audits and PCI Assessments

· 
Identify opportunities to continuously improve the processes that you are working with to drive greater value for the Partnership 

· 
Support critical decision making processes, providing insight, a logical and analytical approach and being comfortable challenging stakeholders

· 
Produce regular reporting to articulate risk, performance and financial status of Technology and Change  

  Essential Skills you’ll need 

· 
Very strong analytical and problem solving skills

· 
Ability to create, analyse and present complex and high volumes of data in a simple manner understandable by non-financial or technical viewers

· 
Ability to drive insight from multiple sources of information

· 
High attention to detail, particularly in numeracy and written and verbal communication

· 
Previous experience in Finance or IT audit / Finance or IT internal controls / enterprise or operational risk management

· 
Excellent Google Sheets / Excel working knowledge (Pivot tables, queries, lookup, etc.)

· 
Proven stakeholder management experience

· 
 Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience of planning, managing & prioritising change across multiple workstreams and managing interdependencies

· 
Outstanding communication skills that go beyond “tech talk” – the ability to translate complex matters to those without a PCI or Technology background

Desirable Skills

· 
 Experience working in multiple technology domains

· 
 Experience of PCI management in a large organisation

· 
Experience of data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio and Tableau.

· 
Relevant audit / risk related qualifications (eg CISA, ACA, CRISC)

· 
Demonstrable experience identifying, delivering and realising benefits through continuous improvement
