Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa (US-IA) - Waterloo 
Function: Product Engineering
Title: Part-Time Student - Product Engineering Electronics - Waterloo, IA - 60494 

Your Responsibilities

·  Electronic hardware component testing, troubleshooting, and problem analysis -primarily sensors
·  Documenting corrective action progress
·  Plotting warranty data for engine control unit, engine control software, and sensors
·  Logging, testing and processing warranty sensor for return to suppliers.

What it Takes

·  Electronic hardware testing experience or related coursework
·  Lab test equipment - oscilloscope, DMM, power supply, etc.
·  Skilled in use of MS Excel
·  Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science
·  Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
·  Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
·  Graduation date of May 2021 - Requirement of the program is you are available to work a minimum of 12 months prior to graduation.
·  Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
·  16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
·  35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester

A Strong Candidate Will Also Have

·  Experience in Matlab/Simulink
·  Experience in software coding
·  Software development experience or related coursework
