Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world’s leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.

We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.

So where does your new role fit into our team?

Working onsite with our globally recognised technology client, you’ll be the face of JLL and our client—that’s why creating a welcoming yet professional image of the company is vital to your role. You will be the first point of contact for all client enquiries and are required to demonstrate initiative and work in accordance with the organisation’s office procedures. This role will also include administrative support to the Sydney Facilities team.

Here is a snapshot of some of the day to day duties required;

·  Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
·  Maintaining a professional reception area
·  Manage meeting rooms and room bookings. Ensure ensuring rooms are tidy
·  Assist with the new starter on-boarding process. Provide WHS inductions for new staff, as required
·  Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
·  Build and maintain positive working relationships with service providers and suppliers

You’ll ideally have experience within a corporate environment and bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL. You will be willing to learn, and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented & well-spoken, and easily build good rapport with stakeholders of all levels. You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and apply holistic approaches for long-term solutions, while complying with the firm’s procedures and standards.  

This is a stand-alone position without a larger on-site administrative team; maturity and self-management will be crucial attributes of the successful candidate
