Job description

Responsibilities:

·  Knowledge of Auto CAD and ability to create, manipulate, and add layers
·  Knowledge of OSHA requirements for Spacing Knowledge of furniture standards
·  Coordinates Daily moves (includes Move Task input and follow through, coordinating cleaning and move vendor)
·  Coordinates move activities with client internal technology team 
·  Provides all paperwork including to/from drawings and Move matrix to the appropriate move team members for site verification and move implementation
·  Distributes move instructions and move follow up to associates moving
·  On-site support for after-hours moves and move follow-up
·  Issues move surveys, initiates work orders, and provides follow up
·  Coordinates with move, furniture and warehouse vendors for product delivery or removal (Completes vendor inventory and pre-work sheets)
·  Monitors punch list items with client and relocation team and initiate work orders as needed
·  Updates e-space drawings as needed. 
·  Initiates, monitors, and processes work orders regarding furniture, keys, nametags, and signage
·  Coordinates with vendor, initiates and schedules work orders
·  Performs/assists with site inspections
·  Performs monthly site occupancy audits.
·  Provides monthly occupancy reports.
·  Back up for Facilities team
·  Other responsibilities as directed by Facilities Manager

Skills & Qualifications

·  College Degree Preferred
·  Ability to read and understand architectural floor plans
·  3-5 year industry experience
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-related skills
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Highly organized and detail oriented
·  Self-starter
·  Team oriented
