Role: Regional Services Design Specialist

Role Summary:

·  Create a library of templates for effective employee communication at sites to promote the improvements
·  Create a library of templates for effective employee communication at sites to share information about Facility Management services
·  Create customized materials for sites to support the specific needs considering cluster specifics, culture specifics (e.g. videos promoting FM teams and the services; new professional workplace guides; Facility Team posters; digital site tours and other materials as needed)
·  Create marketing materials to leverage the existing EX initiatives (the new hires on-boarding program; Floor Ambassadors; Facility Pop-ups; Ace of Space; etc.)
·  Create the marketing materials for Annual survey 2020
·  Issue the regular and professional communication to the Client to promote the regional performance in various areas e.g. Employee Experience, Innovation, Sustainability, etc.
·  Support the regional and site leaders with preparation of powerful professional presentation materials for executive reviews with the Client as needed (e.g. QBR, JBP)
·  Use the new tools to enhance Europe communication, e.g. Prezi
·  Educate the team on how to communicate effectively, professionally and better promote the services

What the job involves:

•           Develop the elements of identica

•           Visualization of creative communication concepts of services, continuously generate and look for new ideas

•           Develop a variety of marketing materials (graphic arts, off-standard design, elements of digital communication, videos, pictures etc.) including make-up galley and prepress

•           Participate brainstorming sessions with Business Leaders

•           Planning and the strict observance of deadlines.

•           Keeping records of updates

•           Participate in development of concepts, promo materials and special projects. Control the quality of marketing materials. Prepare the pre-production prototypes

•           Prepare powerful professional presentation materials for the business leaders, create infographics etc. as needed

•           Run several high-impact projects simultaneously, leveraging a network of site and functional contacts

•           Connect the account with best practices from other parts of the business, the industry and beyond

•           Fluent English

•           Excellent graphic programs skills: Adobe PhotoShop, Adobе Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Sketch and other

•           Ability to communicate with and influence a diverse audience

•           Charisma and a personable nature, with strong interpersonal skills

•           Excellent organisational and communication skills

•           Flexibility: projects are long-range, complex and geographically diverse. We need to understand and allow for regional/cultural/contextual differences and allow for local expression without compromising coherence. Initiatives also evolve, rarely ending in the shape they started out. Regional IFM Services Design Specialist must find ways to preserve program intent in spite of external pressures.

•           Drive for results: whether piloting in a small number of locations or running a global deployment, ‘drift and swirl’ are constant threats. A successful manager will produce measurable results against pre-defined outcome standards on agreed deadlines – consistently. 

•           Creative problem-solving: initiative/ EX/ EX subject-matter will vary greatly and demand a very diverse range of solutions. The manager will often need to shape programs from basic ideas, so a certain amount of invention is required.

•           You enjoy and excel working on a fast-paced environment

•           You are detailed oriented to deliver results timely and with the highest quality

•           You feel empowered to create memorable human experiences for the client, he internal JLL team  and the account ‘s One team while upholding safety standards
