In this role you will be responsible for operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
Another part of your role will be to assist the Senior Facilities Manager with the successful delivery of projects and to make sure they are aligned with Australian Standards.
Performance Excellence

Working as part of a larger team, you will be involved in ensuring all key performance indicators are met, as set out in the management contract.
Championing Improvement
Do you get excited by improvement works? As part of a larger team, you will be involved in launching various improvement and savings programmes that will benefit both us and our clients. For example, you will be involved in ensuring safe work practices and high quality workmanship and ensuring the best possible savings are delivered to our client.
This will involve working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projects—from beginning to end. You’ll see to it that our vendors are managed accordingly, and that records are clearly documented and up to date at all times.
Putting best practices in place
Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our Assistant Facility Manager - Dhaka, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of all aspects of site operations. You’ll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols as they relate to the facility management processes.
Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you’ll assist the team to develop tools that help measure the procurement performance on a quarterly or annual basis.

A technical hands on expert
An ideal candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience in a procurement and inventory control background, with a focus on lean management principles? A strong background in troubleshooting processes and experience in a facilities operational environment is a big plus.
Good communicator
Do you have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Hindi? Can you communicate procurement issues to less able colleagues, clients and vendors? If you said yes to these, bring your ambition and explore our world of possibility.
