Job description

Work for some of the world’s biggest brands, at one of the best agencies in our field.

At Jack Morton Worldwide, we believe the best marketing is done beyond the screen, out in the real world. And luckily our clients agree: we imagine, design, create and deliver live experiences all across Europe (and beyond) for some of the world’s best brands. Whether it’s an intimate influencer event or a huge production seen by millions, we exist to connect brands to their most important audiences through extraordinary, creative work. And we’re looking for motivated, ambitious team players to help make it happen.

This isn’t a typical intern role where you'll spend three months chained to a desk. You’ll be working on big projects straight away, going on site – often overseas - and seeing people’s reactions to what we do. You will be working with famous brands, with the potential for an amazing career. By the way, our London MD started out as a coordinator at Jack.

The Role:
A coordinator plays a central support role on a variety of projects, by efficiently and pro-actively managing all aspects of project administration. With a confident approach and positive outlook, they assist the wider project team in delivering outstanding results and exceptional client service at all times.

The work includes, but is not limited to:
• Supporting the teams in the production, technical or logistics departments, undertaking pre-production, on site and post production tasks
• Research for projects and pitches
• Updating status reports, schedules and action lists to ensure smooth and timely delivery of tasks
• Following internal processes, ensuring all relevant tasks are completed and documents filed
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, venues and other service providers
• Ensuring timely submission of team expenses and timesheets
• Coordinating communications between team members
• Coordinating freelance resource

How to apply:

1) Tell us why you’re interested in Jack and becoming a coordinator (250 words max)

2) Tell us: “Why Choose Me?”
You can write some words (no more than 200, please), do a PowerPoint, make a video, be as creative as you like. Bear in mind our attention span is about three minutes, so best to keep it short.

Send us your answers and your CV or link to your LinkedIn profile.

If your first answers grab us, you’ll be invited to attend an assessment day at our offices in Acton, West London. Following that, if we ask you to join us, it will be for an initial six months’ trainee programme, with the potential for a permanent role at the end of it. As a trainee, you will be paid £80 per day.

Desired profile

Requirements:
• You don’t need to have any experience, but you do need passion and creativity and be keen to learn and develop in your career
• You are organised, with excellent computer skills; you enjoy admin tasks and pay attention to the detail
• You are willing to seize responsibility and are great with people at all levels
• You are unfazed by tight deadlines and remain calm and collected under pressure
• You are interested in brand experiences
• Whatever you’re doing, a desire to do it well is a must
