Introduction
We are looking for a student of a senior year in Economics or Technical University .
Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are what we are looking for in our new colleagues.
You will be in a team, working principally for the Sales & Marketing Departments and with other Departments when necessary.
The position is based in Zagreb .
Activities
· Assistance to distributors, fund users and resellers on admin, procedural and contractual aspects;
· Management of the client's database;
· Sales support services (planning, organization and execution of events, etc.);
· Perfom recurrent reporting activities for clients;
· Support client service, and marketing efforts
· Prepare marketing materials and client presentations
· Giving support to Company Departments and the Management Board in daily business activities
What you will learn
You will assist distributors, fund users and resellers on administrative, procedural and contractual aspects. You will be able to support customer service and marketing initiatives (including preparing marketing materials and presentations for clients) and you will collaborate with various company functions.

Requirements
We are looking for someone:
· Senior year in Economics or Technical University
· Knowledge of Capital Markets and Marketing theory
· Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
· Fluent in written and spoken Croatian and English, Italian is an advantage
· Banking and asset management industry additional asset
· Hardworking, proactive and professional
· Able to work under strict deadlines
· Systematic and with strong organization and communication skills
· Willing to acquire new skills
Selection
The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take a videointerview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
