WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

As a Store manager, you are an integral part of the Inditex image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

\u2022 Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity

\u2022 Overview all operational and administrative tasks

\u2022 Motivate, encourage and inspire your team

\u2022 Analyse data to create the best strategy for your store 

\u2022 Be an ambassador for our company\u2019s sustainability strategy
