WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are accountable in supporting the day to day running of the store operations, balancing your time between the stockroom and shop floor. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
\u2022 Monitoring and supporting the organisation of the store\u2019s stockroom and replenishment process.
\u2022 Overlook and improve delivery procedures.
\u2022 Motivate, encourage and inspire your team.
\u2022 Support in the analysis of data to improve KPIs and minimise stock loss.
