You express ideas and opinions effectively - with ability to influence and inspire. You have knowledge about the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation

For this role we believe you have minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, proven advanced training in Human Resources Management or equivalent, experience in the development and implementation of strategic plans and experience from an international company or a global matrix organisation.

ABOUT THE JOB
In the role as Local People & Culture Business Partner, you are responsible for efficient, effective and consistent execution of all People activities for the co-workers working in the Service Office.
·  Act as Business partner to the different departments in Service Office
·  Be responsible for supporting with Recruitment & Sourcing in identifying and driving the opportunities to develop the relevant offer of IKEA as an employer
·  Be responsible for ensuring a qualitative and up-to-date succession plan by partnering with different HR Business Partners, making use of global tools and processes for succession planning
·  Act as the contact person for all Service Office co-workers regarding questions related to labour law
·  Support the transfer of new colleagues transferring from a different country
·  Securing the roll out and implementation of the country learning calendar and training offer in Service Office
