Ideally your background would include the following:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner. Ideally you have experience working with loyalty programs and follow the trends and best practices in this area
• Obsession about customer problems and needs and naturally curious about how to solve them
• Good understanding of the product owner role in relation to other digital functions, knowing best practices in building agile and outcome-oriented ways of working
• Good knowledge in how to define and measure success, for example how to create OKR framework or KPI´s
• Strong analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
• Good ability to collaborate with other product teams, joining forces to make sure that the product is delivering maximum value to the customer and to the business.
• Good ability to influence, listen to and collaborate successfully with variety of stakeholders connected to the domain.
• Strong business acumen and strategic/commercial mind-set
• Passionate about the digital future and navigating in complex and imperfect environments

A day in your life with us

Our mission at IKEA is to create a better everyday life for the many people. In the Customer Engagement Loyalty teams, we work on strengthening our relationship with our loyal customers (IKEA Family members) through an omnichannel experience.

You will be responsible and accountable for the product discovery and delivery of our Rewards program. This will include forming the vision and strategy for the product, building trusted relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with other product teams to deliver an optimal end-to-end customer experience, understanding our customers, being data informed, and working with your product team to deliver against a roadmap set by you. Ultimately your aim is to solve problems in ways that IKEA customers love and yet work for our business.

You will:
• Own the direction for your product and build reliable, scalable and flexible solutions to deliver a reward program that fit the needs of our customers across the globe.
• Set a tangible product strategy for the assigned product and ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs.
• Define OKR’s for your product together with the team and key stakeholders
• Communicate the product strategy and vision for the product to ensure the team is driving the product in the strategic direction.
• Actively research customer needs and apply the resulting insights
• Demonstrate a data informed approach to deliver successful outcomes for customers
• Align with cross-functional teams within the domain to ensure maximum impact
• Demonstrate strong product development practices in the daily interactions to enable high performing healthy teams
• Guide and support your team to ensure individuals are performing to the best of their ability
• Be open to different perspectives being heard and balanced to meet business objectives, collaborating within and outside of the team to ensure togetherness and strong partnership with key stakeholders
• Document learnings, adopting a continuous improvement approach and transferring learnings to the other teams

This role is an open-ended contract and will be located in Amsterdam, Netherlands
