About the job

Your Purpose
Provide accurate and efficient handling of merchandise in the warehouse areas resulting in increased sales and profitability at the lowest possible cost and to secure IKEA as the best home furnishings store in the local market

Your Assignment
·  Goods flow I co-worker supports Replenishment, Receiving or Full Serve areas
·  Handling goods, e.g. unloading, internal transportation in the store, replenishing stock, picking goods from the warehouse for handing out to customers, using the correct equipment in a safe and efficient way to minimize damage to stock and equipment.
·  Working together with your co-workers to keep the store fully stocked with the right goods for store opening as well as continued operation during the day.
·  Working proactively to maintain the safety and security of your areas of responsibility for customers and co-workers.
·  Working together with your co-workers to improve the shopping experience of our customers in order to generate more sales.
·  Implementing agreed processes, working methods and procedures, including IT systems and techniques.  
You Have/Are
·  Enthusiastic about work and working with others in a team. 
·  Able to prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of time.
·  Good personal discipline, a flexible approach to work, and enjoy change.
·  Self-directed, takes initiative.
·  Able to work during the early hours of the day.
·  Able to lift 50 lbs (25 kg), fit for physical work such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, standing, and walking for the majority of your shift

·  Part time co-worker availability from 10pm – 6am
