We are looking for a pro-active and goal oriented professional with natural interest in advertisement and cultural events, art and fashion to be a Marketing Specialist for MEGA Omsk!
At this position, we expect you to implement of marketing activities in MEGA Centre according to the MEGA Marketing Plan; be responsible for relations with local mass media based on central PR strategy and MEGA Marketing Plan.
Responsibilities:
· Execute and follow-up marketing activities according to Commercial projects marketing plan;
· Implement direct marketing activities (gathering customers’ database, door to door, email newsletters, SMS, BTL, press events);
· Support the implementation of national advertising campaigns;
· Monitoring competitors’ marketing activity;
· Manage online content of MEGA SC (mega.ru website, groups in social networks);
· Implement MEGACARD campaigns, control MEGACARD communication within MEGA SC, monitor MEGACARD stand, stores-participants;
· Organize tenders following procurement procedures;
· Hold negotiations and manage relations with marketing contractors;
· Be responsible for marketing in MEGA in absence of the MEGA Marketing Manager;
· Manage local media relations based on central PR strategy and following routines (press release creation, contact mass media, answering requests from media);
· Conduct negotiations and cooperate with tenants regarding marketing activities;
· Manage customer relations in social networks;
· Together with Marketing Manager plan and follow-up MEGA Marketing budget;
· Other tasks as assigned by line manager and special projects as defined in company business plan and or Function/Department/Group action plan;
· Interface with multiple departments - engineering, operations, finance, sales etc.;
· Proactively assess and spot new marketing opportunities;
· Implement and adapt centrally developed commercial manuals;
· Ensure timely implementation of centrally organized projects following guidelines and KPI’s, such as federal marketing calendar, MEGACARD, Gift Card, etc.;
· Maintain continuous contact with local media.
Requirements:
· Completed higher education - marketing or PR related university degree is a plus;
· At least 2 years of working experience from event or advertising agency or Project Leader/ Coordinator in Marketing/PR/Advertising, within retail industry is a plus;
· Leading complex projects with commercial content;
· Legal and financial aspects of marketing activities;
· Understanding of basic PR principles and media relations;
· Copywriting skills;
· Russian excellent written and spoken, grammar and style;
· Ability to manage complex projects;
· Strong communication, creativity, negotiation, stress management skills;
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and processes;
· To be entrepreneurial, innovative, responsible and like challenges;
· English - upper-intermediate (preferably).

· Location: MEGA Omsk;
· Temporary contract;
· Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00;
