We are searching for a brilliant creative talent to join our Communication Team working cross-disciplines in an integrated fluid environment with a strong focus on Internal Communication (Co-worker Communication). WHO YOU ARE

• Graduation in Communication / Marketing or related
• Passionate about creating Co-worker Engagement
• Preferred: Short proven experience in structured Company or Communication Agency
• Very good communication skills in Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Good writing skills and passionate about Copywriting
• Good knowledge of social platforms
• Preferred: Good knowledge of graphic or video editing programs
• Understanding of current and future communication trends (and the ability to turn into practice)
• Passionate about the power of digital communication and leading through communication
• Energized by working both independently and interdependently with communication network and cross functions
• Motivated to work agile and with accuracy and flexibility
• Ability to communicate complex issues and concepts in a simple, clear, engaging and inspirational way

What you'll be doing day to day

• Be part of the Communication Operations team supporting the function in Co-worker Communication and Social Media
• Contribute to implement the country Co-worker Communication Strategy and secure the Communication Process by executing and following up in line with Ingka Strategy
• Support the enablement of effective Internal Communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our Leaders and Co-workers to be our best Ambassadors
• Contribute to develop and deliver the market Co-worker Communication Agenda, content and channels
• Develop alongside other communicators and tap into wider resources, i.e. social/digital, stakeholder engagement, campaigns etc.
• Proactively collaborate with Global Group Communication to improve the overall development of the Co-worker Communication Strategy with an innovative approach
• Drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our Co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered
• Contribute to identify opportunities, threats and trends to develop IKEA digital communications

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Full-time Internship (hybrid work: both in-office in Carugate and remote). Growth opportunities available.
