Customer Fulfilment (CFF) plays a fundamental role within Retail in achieving the IKEA goal of becoming a multichannel retailer. CFF acts as a fully integrated function, with an end-to-end approach to develop our business, having customers’ needs at heart. We are focusing on contributing to a seamless shopping experience for the many people with great quality across all touchpoints.
The Fulfilment Availability & Support function within CFF is securing planning and fulfilment in an end to end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution.

About the job:

In your role as Flow & Capacity Planner you are responsible for assessing current and planned fulfilment unit capacity on the market and identify solutions in order to secure agreed goals on availability. You contribute to an aligned and high quality flow and capacity planning process on the market including providing and aligning the right capacities to reach target availability to the customer. You actively support the fulfilment units with securing agreed goals on the use of existing fulfilment unit capacity and identifying and analysing capacity constraints through coaching and supporting with identified improvement potentials. You contribute to the optimal replenishment solution on fulfilment unit level, through reviewing and confirming the fulfilment unit capacity situation and the maximum lead times.

 
About your abilities:
·  You have proven analytical and numeric skills
·  You have profound excel user knowledge
·  and COGNOS knowledge is an advantage
·  You have an University degree in economics, logistics, supply chain management or proven performance (1-2 years) in supply chain management or business administration
·  You have experience in working with DORS
·  You are confident in English both written and verbal

You enjoy working in a modern, ambitious and ever changing environment with colleagues from across the world.The position is a full time position. Home base is Hofheim am Taunus. Onboarding to the position will take place in Dortmund.
