One building block on the journey to offer caring support for the many people is to start-up and establish a Customer & User community for Home smart with peer-to-peer support under IKEA-moderation.

With this community we will take important steps towards an improved customer & user support for IKEA Home smart, we will increase satisfaction and convenience for our users, we will unlock the users engagement in IKEA and in supporting each other and we will have opportunities to co-create and collaborate with our IKEA Home smart users to find new insights about how to improve our products and solutions in the future!

Job description

As  Customer Community Coordinator,  you will coordinate and lead the IKEA Home smart Customer & User Community in cooperation with stakeholders within BA Home smart and together with the Ingka community team.

·  Start, lead and coordinate the IKEA Home smart Customer & User Community in cooperation with the Ingka team.
·  Secure that Home smart content and news are continuously produced and shared in the community and within “VETA” the knowledge sharing tool for customers and coworkers.
·  Support the respective moderation teams in the markets with Home smart knowledge and engagement when needed.
·  Make sure that the community is seamlessly connected to the other customer & user support tools for IKEA Home smart.
·  Share insights from the community within BA Home smart
·  Summarize best practices, ways of working and learnings from working with the community
Qualification

We are looking for you who have a true passion for customers, communication and building trustful and loyal relations users! You are guided by simplicity and always strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high quality communication. You experience in communication and the customer meeting, preferably from a online or remote customer meeting. You enjoy taking initiatives and to lead and drive both yourself and others when relevant. You are inspiring and engage others by your way of communicating both verbally and written. Not much is impossible for you, since you are a person that want to stretch boundaries and challenge what already exists with the purpose of making the life at home a bit smarter and better each day!

We think that you are currently working in IKEA Retail – with communication and the customer meeting – and that you have the chance to join this temporary assignment within short. This assignment will give you unique and valuable learnings that you will benefit from both when you come back to your permanent job or when you continue to develop towards other roles within IKEA.

More Information

This is a 6-month, full-time assignment – starting as soon as possible. During the duration of the assignment, you will need to take a leave of absence from your current role and will be employed by IKEA of Sweden AB. You will be based at BA IKEA Home smart in Älmhult, with the opportunity to partly work from home. You will be a key player in the small but growing Customer & User Care team within IKEA Home smart.
