We have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Customer Loyalty Specialist at our Cardiff store on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity, and you'll be joining a great team!

• 39-hour contract working 5 days over 7, which includes alternate weekends.

WHO YOU ARE
You will have a solid understanding of customer clubs and loyalty programmes, and you are passionate about understanding the behaviours of the many people, the local Life at Home, and home furnishing trends. Pragmatic and creative, you will be motivated to find new ways of meeting the many people through co-creation with colleagues and other IKEA units.

You will have:
• Experience of working within a commercial retail role.
• Knowledge of customer loyalty clubs and programmes.
• Experience of implementing plans, setting budgets and following up on goals.
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
• A disciplined, self-reliant and strong-willed mindset with a proven ability to 'get things done'.
• ​The ability to harness customer insights by converting data into viable customer engagement opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
As the Store Loyalty Specialist, your role will focus on being the spokesperson for customer loyalty within the store. You will promote and drive the local plan to recruit, retain, and activate IKEA FAMILY members, with the ultimate goal of building strong, long-term relationships with the many people.

You will:
• ​Work with the Commercial Activity Manager to ensure our customer loyalty programme is integrated into our commercial calendar.
• ​Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure we drive recruitment and activation of IKEA FAMILY members to join, and existing members to visit IKEA more often.
• ​Take actions to improve co-worker competence in the IKEA FAMILY programme, so they understand the impact loyalty programme membership has on long-term growth.
• ​Be responsible for coordinating and promoting customer events in the store to drive visitation and customer engagement.
• ​Working alongside the Commercial Team to ensure retail foundations are in place for IKEA FAMILY, such as visibility of the benefits of joining IKEA FAMILY.
• ​Be responsible for interpreting data to implement in-store to drive repeat visitation and develop long-term customer loyalty.
