Lead IKEA Saudi Arabia and Bahrain’s social media channels by playing a pivotal role in crafting and executing effective social media strategies that amplify brand’s presence and affinity, engage audience, and drive customer acquisition and loyalty. You shall set and define clear purpose for each channel to deliver brand aspirations and drive its success criteria through a robust outlook on channel and competitive insights.


·  Lead and manage all IKEA social media channels for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
·  Develop and execute a strategic social media plan in line with IKEA’s values and goals.
·  Plan, produce and deliver culturally relevant content across various social media channels.
·  Drive social media performance and analyze metrics for insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
·  Conduct on and off channel analysis and reports, social listening, and competitive reports.
·  Activate new social media products that monetizes engagement and acquire new customers.
·  Grow engagement, reach, and nurture community through organic and paid media.
·  Manage and orchestrate paid social media campaigns.
·  Collaborate with internal teams for accurate and consistent communication.

Bachelors in Marketing. Social Media and Digital Marketing certifications is a plus.


·  3- 5 years of experience in similar mid to senior social media role with renowned brands or top tier social media agencies.
·  Solid understanding and practice of social media platforms with track record of handling end to end content planning and execution. Paid media experience is a plus.
·  Have led the development and deployment of social media campaigns in Saudi market. Previous experience in retail is a plus.
·  Advanced analytical skills with hands on experience to various reporting or analytic tools.
·  Experience on handling live coverage and social media activations is an advantage.
