InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.

 

 

Your day to day

As a Tailor you are responsible for supporting laundry operations to deliver an excellent Guest and colleague experience. A Tailor will also be required to liaise with laundry suppliers and ensure a uniform deposit system is in place.

The key deliverables for this role:

·  Liaise with laundry suppliers and dry cleaners on the cleaning of uniforms.
·  The ability to service all sewing and tailoring needs for any guests for any and all type’s materials.
·  Ensure par stocks are maintained
·  Ensure soiled and damaged linen is stored in soiled bags and disposed of correctly
·  Report maintenance and hazard issues
·  Comply with IHG standards and all health and safety legislation

Should have the ability to think laterally and analytical, display a high level of integrity and have the ability to identify, impact and influence others. You are a strong team player, enthusiastic and flexible.
