Your day to day

As Security Supervisor, your duties and responsibilities are as below.

·  Liaises with Security Manager and Security Team during emergencies.
·  Supervises tasks carried out by Security Officers at venues such as the nightclub, restaurants etc. and enforce recommendations of Security Manager.
·  Ensures the proper allocation of security equipment and ensuring its proper handling and upkeep.
·  Coordinates all Security functions connected with other departments/ outlets based on requests made by Department Heads through Security Manager.
·  Manages special traffic arrangements during functions and keeping custody of the relevant security equipment.
·  Ensure that all staff fully aware of the fire and safety emergency procedure training carried out.
·  Carry out any reasonable instructions and/or duties not reflected herein as instructed by Security management
·  Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Risk Management.
·  To ensure that all security incidents, accidents, and near-misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the Line Manager.
·  Carries out periodic checks on employees (body checks, locker checks, etc.)
What we need from you

You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required. You should be physically fit and having well knowledge of emergency procedures. You should have a pleasant personality and experience in dealing with guests/customers. An experience in a similar role is required.
