Your day to day
Assures implementation of the hotel policies, standards and procedure for:Energy conservation and control.Fire prevention and other life safety programs.Effective plant preventive and routine maintenance.Operation and control of Plant and equipment.Energy management systems and procedures.Maintains logbook for repairs and maintenance work.Inspection and staff supervision.POMEC labour standards and labour cost controls.Appearance and housekeeping of all equipment rooms.undefined. Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of the energy management function of the POMEC Department.And other functions given by Director of Engineering.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have minimum 2 year experience in the same role at a 5 star hotel or similar facility.
