Your day to day
This is an integrated role who provides support to the programmatic arm in SEAK MSS Paid Media team. This member will spend 60%-70% of the time on proprietary data management including audience analytics, data quality checks & DMP (Data Management Platform) related projects. Remaining 30%-40% of the time will working on campaigns execution, optimizations and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Execute audience data management requests, data sync & data quality checks with our audience data management/technology partners – Adobe and LiveRamp
· Analyze audience overlap, audience performance, brand persona and audience profiling with existing audience measurement capabilities
· Oversee onboarding of CRM data through leveraging data onboarding partners (LiveRamp) while ensuring the delivery of high-quality data
· Collaborate with media partners to run marketing tests on different audience segments and drive actionable insights
· Demonstrate knowledge/understanding on data privacy and security, data collection and classification, and data governance etc.
· Perform investigation and implementation of data distribution agreements & marketing alliances with data technology partners
· Be the region’s liaison with our data technology partners (Adobe Audience Manager & LiveRamp) in support of IHG data management platform in APAC region
· Support the team in developing programmatic marketing strategies with knowledge on IHG data management process
· Undertake programmatic media activities launches including campaign setup, optimizations & reporting
· Own daily operations in programmatic trading technologies (DV360) and direct media vendors management (publishers)
· Provide/deliver troubleshooting solutions in technical issues (creative trafficking, campaign setup etc.) during campaign launches
What we need from you
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science field, Business or Marketing field
· 1+ years of experience working on data management, data analysis and reporting with strong understanding of database environment
· 1+ years of working experience in digital media through programmatic platforms and/or technologies – DSPs, DMPs and Ad-serving
· Display good understanding in digital media landscape, specifically programmatic media environment in display and the use of 1st, 2nd & 3rd data in media activities
· Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teradata Assistant, SAS, SQL. Experience working with large data sets and translating data into insights.
· Digital ad operation knowledge is essential (site tag management, pixels & attribution)
· Strong understanding on various site analytics platform (GA, Omniture, Adobe Analytics)
· Team player with good communication & collaborative skills
· Focused individual with sound time management skills
· Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to details in this integrated role
