Crowne Plaza Auckland is looking for a full time Night Auditor who will be working in the Front Office team and begin that guest journey to create memories.

Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Night Auditor, you will not only be the person they reply on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience, you will also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

·  Handle cash and credit transactions
·  Carries out the daily auditing and balancing of guest accounts
·  Carries out the duties of a night receptionist as and when directed to do by the Night Manager 
·  Collate and balance daily work to be sent to the Accounts Department
·  Ensure the Crowne Plaza Branded Service Behaviours is being adhered to the team and hotel environment 
What we need from you

Ideally, you will have a real passion for hospitality and possess the ability to interact well with guests. 

·  Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in hotel/hospitality management or related field would be beneficial 
·  Opera system skills is required for the role
·  Great attention to detail
·  Great communication and writing skills
·  Problem solving skills
·  Ability to interact well with guests and colleagues
·  Flexibility with your shifts - your shifts will start at 11:30pm until 7:30am 
·  1 years related experience or an equivalant combination of education and experience
