Your day to day
You provide supervisory support to the Front Office staff and leadership. You will help to resolve guest issues and manage all processes related to front office services. You will contribute to the positive guest experience and ensure the front office employees are well supported.
What we need from you
A minimum of one year prior Front Office supervisory experience (preferably in a luxury hotel environment). Must have excellent communication skills and be well organized. Must be able to coach and mentor others. Must have excellent guest service skills and be able to resolve issues in a timely manner. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced team focused work environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
