Your day to day
As a Cost Controller, you are primarily responsible for controlling and maintaining the cost of food and beverage, analyze and actively take part in menu engineering and the changes in terms of F&B pricing.
You will prepare monthly F&B cost reconciliation, produce cost reports and manage the inventory level and control of stores and Outlets in the hotel. You will perform spot checks, analyze and report variances pertaining to inventory of the Stores and Outlets,verify daily F&B receiving invoices, analyze cost of duty meals, F&B Complimentary and Entertainment expenses and prepares P&L for special events when required.
You will also supervise the daily receiving operations in the hotel and ensure the highest level of standards and HACCP requirements are maintained, ensure F&B controls are implemented and provide necessary recommendations for improvements.
What we need from you
Experience of minimum 2-3 years as cost controller position in a four or five star hotel is required. A candidate must have strong drive for results, dynamic, possess good communication skills and good interaction with people of different levels within the organization.
