Your day to day
As a Banquet Driver/Waiter, You will ensure that the truck is kept clean at all times from inside and outside. Truck is parked in a proper manner and it doesn’t affect the operations of the hotel and the receiving area. You will be maintaining an up to date knowledge of the Hotel services and check for any outdor caterings, ensuring that the truck is checked on daily basis for any damages and scratches.Also, make sure everytime there is an out door catering the chiller is operated and the temperature is maintained, the truck is kept clean after every catering and Maintain the log book at all times when receiving the keys. Be aware of the UAE driving & HACCP - Food Safety regulations and abide by them. You will give complete cooperation to any guest or colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner. And Must help in the operations whenever there are no trips or outside catering duties or assigned by Banquet Manager.
What we need from you
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience in a Hotel in a similar role. Diploma or equivalent education or experience. Must possess good communication skills and valid UAE manual driving license to drive ODC truck. Ability to deal with people at all levels with professionalism and tact and ability to cope and maintain calm under pressure.
