Your day to day
FINANCIAL RETURNSWith Sales Manager plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.Assists in selling all facets of the hotel and cross sell other Inter Continental Hotels Group properties PEOPLE Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.Assist Sales Manager with collateral distribution and direct mail campaignsWork in line with business requirements GUEST EXPERIENCE Assists in developing and organizing promotional activities, coordinating with departments concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities; prepares and issues press releases. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESSEffectively communicate and market aspects of the hotel that are sustainable or “green” and use information to gain new business opportunities.
What we need from you
This is the sales and marketing job in a full-service hotel. The Key Metrics are sales target and completion of assigned tasks. The key internal relationships is hotel employees and external relationships is to interact with guests and individuals outside the hotel including current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.
