InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.
Your day to day
Key responsibilities as follows:
· Ensure the smooth running of the Front Office operations by providing the highest levels of branded service to all guests
· Ensure implementation of standards and check the same during routine operational checks
· Prioritize and delegate daily work responsibilities to front desk staff
· Responsible leader and trainer to front desk team ensuring they are mentored, supported and empowered to provide the highest quality of service at all times
· Review customer satisfaction through surveys, social media and direct customer contact
· Act as Manager on Duty for first line of support for services needed
· Ensure all guest opportunities are followed up quickly and efficiently, and completed to satisfaction of the guest and that service obstacles are identified and resolved
· Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth Front Office operation
What we need from you
· Ideally, you must have at least 4 years Hotel Leadership experience with a solid Front Office background and excellent customer relations and time management skills.
· Candidates must be result oriented, proactive and have the ability to lead, motivate and improvise in all situations.
· Successful candidate must possess excellent analytical skills and be able to think quickly and decisively.
