Sales & Engagement Advisor

The role will involve engaging Retail colleagues on sales led documentation and driving the sales agenda in Retail with the Incentive Programme. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating engaging documents and videos explaining the how and why.  Deadline for applications is Wednesday 16th July. 

 

What will I do?

Support in driving Sales initiatives through planning, agreeing products and engaging communication that supports Retail to sell more

·  Administration of Sales initiatives
·  Post of Week
·  Reporting, created and updated
·  Communication

Administration & creation of Retail Newsletter & Videos

·  Ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated to Retail
·  Liaising with departments and colleagues in Deeside for content
·  Content to be engaging
·  Approval sought and signed off in with relevant stakeholders

Administration of the Reward & Recognition agenda for Retail

·  Planning, sending and communication of quarterly Doing it Right vouchers
·  Plan, film and edit of Director videos
·  Monthly Digital Operations R&R
·  Adhoc R&R – Facebook / Social Funds actioned

Innovation and Engaging Communication for Our Colleague

·  Seek opportunities to engage and create a fun atmosphere in Retail
·  Seek opportunities to continuously improve communication style
·  Monitor engagement through Vimeo and Facebook interaction
