Network Support Planner

We understand that success is achieved through our people, and we are searching for two committed and passionate Network Supply Planners to join our growing business on a 12 month FTC- part time.

Purpose of the role

The successful candidate will provide support to digital operations stores by processed store issues or queries in a swift and efficient manner.

In this role you can expect to: 

·  Manage and triage store queries and issues
·  Implement Ecomm same day pricing strategy
·  Check store slots, comply with agreed hours and windows for online trading.
·  Work collaboratively across Ecomm, digital operations and retail to successfully implement changes
·  Assess and implement resolutions for identified store issues
·  Identify and implement proactive solutions for store issues
·  Implement agreed store change projects within delivery model
·  Provide weekend cover for digital operations stores, including actioning of weekend in day same day pricing adjustments relative to customer demand

You should apply if:

·  You are proficient with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel is desirable
·  You are a strong communicator, both verbally and written.
·  You have good attention to detail
·  You have sense of urgency and pace in managing your workload
·  You have a proactive approach in dealing with problems and queries in a busy and fast paced environment
