Join IBM Entry Level Consulting – a 2 year leadership and development program designed to provide you with the full spectrum of practical experience, structured learning, and formal mentorship opportunities to successfully launch and accelerate your career as a top consultant and future leader at IBM.

As an Entry Level Consultant , you will contribute to top-tier clients as a member of a dynamic project team. You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to transform their business, improve their bottom line, and enhance shareholder value. You will have the opportunity to take on different roles and build a powerful portfolio of diverse and rewarding experiences across industries… all at IBM, a company at the forefront of tackling the greatest challenges affecting the human condition – from climate change to energy production to healthcare.

You're a new grad looking to join our 2020 cohort of Entry Level Consultants, with start dates between February and September 2020.

You:
·  Graduated (or will be graduating) between 2018 and September 2020
·  Have an Associate's Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree ( Exception: The Entry Level Consulting program does not accept MBA candidates/graduates)
·  Have maximum 2 years of professional work experience
·  Are within commuting distance of Toronto , Calgary , Ottawa , or Montreal , with flexibility to travel 80-100% of the time

Candidate must have the ability to work in Canada without a current or future need for visa sponsorship. Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area.
