Duties and responsibilities related to the Wok Chef de Partie role

· Ensure the wok station operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of food preparation and safety.
· Contribute creative ideas to keep the menu fresh, exciting, and aligned with seasonal trends.
· Follow classic Cantonese recipes while also experimenting with new wok-based creations to enhance the menu.
· Master stir-frying, deep-frying, steaming, and other techniques specific to Cantonese wok dishes.
· Work closely with the head chef and management to update the menu and introduce seasonal specials.

About you

Proven track record and experience in high-end Chinese cuisine is essential. Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
