Job description

· You will be responsible for driving beverage revenue, developing a wine culture throughout the hotels, selecting wines and spirits for our restaurants and bars and coordinating wine dinners and other promotional events.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a WSET Level 3 diploma or any relevant qualification.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Sommelier or in Retail or Wholesale wine sales.
· 
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
