The Wellness Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the entire Spa, Gym and Kids Club function. This may include retail, a full-service salon as well as massage therapy and body treatment. This person will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of wellness department operations, ensuring impeccable service quality, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellence.

·  Minimum 3 years' experience in a Wellness Manager Role
·  Experience in managing a large Spa, and gym operations.
·  Experience in creating and developing mindful and innovative spa services
·  Hyper focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
·  Up to date on current industry trends and best practices
·  Skilled in recruiting, training, and leading a diverse team of therapists, aestheticians, and wellness professionals
·  Proven track record in driving business performance, managing budgets, and operational metrics
·  Passion for mindfulness, holistic wellness, and luxury hospitality.
